1. Booking Appointments
1.1 Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the treatment time available, and the full appointment fee remains payable.
1.2 The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse or reschedule appointments where necessary for safety, professional, or operational reasons.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
2.1 We understand that circumstances may change; however, appointment times are reserved specifically for each client.
2.2 Cancellations or appointment changes must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
2.3 If you cancel, reschedule, or fail to attend an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full appointment fee will become payable.
2.4 Missed appointments ("no-shows") without prior notice will be charged at 100% of the scheduled service price.
2.5 Repeated cancellations, late changes, or missed appointments may require advance payment or a deposit before future bookings are accepted.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Payment is due immediately after the completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
3.2 Accepted payment methods are:
- Cash
- Bank transfer
- Card payment
3.3 Any outstanding cancellation fees must be paid before future appointments can be booked.
3.4 The Practitioner reserves the right to require a deposit or full prepayment for appointments.
4. Health and Safety
4.1 Before receiving treatment, clients must inform the Practitioner of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, or other circumstances that may affect treatment.
4.2 Massage therapy may not be suitable for certain medical conditions. The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment where there is a reasonable concern for the Client’s health or safety.
4.3 Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information.
4.4 The Practitioner is not responsible for adverse effects arising from information that was withheld or incorrectly provided by the Client.
5. Professional Boundaries and Conduct
5.1 Massage services are strictly professional and therapeutic in nature.
5.2 Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, sexual comments, sexual requests, aggressive behaviour, or disrespectful conduct will result in immediate termination of the appointment.
5.3 In such circumstances, the full appointment fee remains payable.
5.4 The Practitioner reserves the right to refuse service to anyone whose behaviour creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment.
6. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Arrive clean and prepared for treatment.
- Follow reasonable instructions provided by the Practitioner.
- Communicate any discomfort, pain, or concerns during treatment.
- Maintain respectful communication and behaviour.
7. Treatment Limitations
7.1 Massage therapy is intended to support relaxation, wellbeing, and physical comfort.
7.2 The Practitioner does not diagnose medical conditions or replace medical advice from qualified healthcare professionals.
7.3 Results vary between individuals and no specific outcome is guaranteed.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
8.1 Client information will be handled confidentially and used only for purposes related to providing services, communication, booking management, and legal obligations.
8.2 Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the Client’s permission.
9. Right to Refuse or End Treatment
The Practitioner may refuse, pause, or end a treatment session if:
- The Client provides false or incomplete information.
- The Client behaves inappropriately.
- The Practitioner believes continuing treatment may create a safety risk.
- The treatment requested falls outside the Practitioner’s professional services.
The full service fee may still apply where the appointment cannot proceed due to Client behaviour or failure to comply with these terms.
10. Arrival and Late Policy
10.1 Clients arriving late may receive a shortened treatment session to avoid affecting other appointments.
10.2 The full appointment fee remains payable regardless of shortened treatment time.
11. Liability
11.1 The Practitioner will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
11.2 The Practitioner is not liable for injury, loss, or damage resulting from:
- Incorrect information supplied by the Client.
- Failure to follow aftercare advice.
- Personal belongings lost or damaged during the appointment.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Changes to These Terms
The Practitioner reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. The latest version will apply to future bookings.
